We use a selection of shipping companies to provide the best shipping solution depending on the destination. We can ship to anywhere in the World. Shipping costs for all retail sales are calculated through the checkout system based on the size of the order and the delivery address. Shipping costs for bulk trade orders are calculated by weight as well as Post Codes, please contact us prior to ordering in this case.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Normally we keep all items in stock and they are dispatched next day.
What information will you hold about me and will it be safe?
Information that we currently collect is as follows; Name, address, e-mail, telephone number, and order details. We DO NOT receive any credit card information that you enter through our secure checkout, and as such we keep no records of such information.
Is it safe to give my credit card details over the internet?
Any credit card information entered is sent directly from your computer/device direct to the payment processor in an encrypted (scrambled) format.Your card details do not at any point get collected or stored by the HIDS4U website. The only information our website received is to inform us whether the payment is successful or not.
HIDS4U LTD does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site for site functionality and analytical reasons.
All retail orders are inclusive of all sales taxes(VAT). If you are an international customer, outside of the EU, then you can get your order UK VAT free by contacting us for details on how to do this. However, it is your responsibility to pay any extra import taxes or duties due on the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any action taken by Customs in your country. All international deliveries include a Customs sticker notifying Customs of the goods contained within the package. This is a customary requirement.
Consumers also have a 'cooling-off period' of 7 working days in which they can cancel the contract without penalty. The period commences on the date of receipt of the goods or. If you wish to cancel your order you must return the goods to HIDS4U Ltd at your cost or we can arrange collection. All postage costs incurred by HIDS4U Ltd will be subtracted from the refund.
We guarantee your satisfaction on any products that are purchased from HIDS4U Ltd. We ask that you contact us and return the goods within 7 days of receipt. We advise all goods are sent via a trackable service. A full refund minus only the postage cost will be provided providing the goods are in an un-used condition and in original packaging.

In the unlikely event your item develops a fault during the warranty period HIDS4U will replace any failed part. We ask that you send the faulty item back to us with a copy of your invoice and a returns reference number which can be obtained by contacting us on 0330 1359 546 or through the contact form on this website. Please note that a replacement part cannot be supplied until the faulty part has been received and tested. The method you choose to send the part back to us is not important, as long as we receive it. We do however advise you send the part back via a trackable service.
Once the faulty parts are received we will send your replacement parts. Any product warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Suppliers instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Suppliers approval.

You will be sent an email on the day that your order is dispatched. We do not normally send a tracking number. If you would like to know the current status of your order, please contact us with your name and order number.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are suitable for your vehicle make/model and that the use of said items complies with all applicable laws in your Country. In the UK, fitting an aftermarket HID kit is not technically road legal as you are replacing a halogen bulb with an HID bulb, because of this the HID bulb cannot be E marked, which is a requirement for it to be road legal. Therefore our HID kits are sold for off-road use only.
All technical information provided by HIDS4U LTD is given in good faith only and can not be taken as fact. HIDS4U LTD will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle from the use of any product purchased. If in doubt consult a qualified auto electrician or your vehicles� authorised main dealer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
